I smoke lavender because it helps me sleep at night because I have insomnia but can’t afford western medicine. 🙂 also I smoke St. Johns wart because it’s like an energy drink but ultimately cheaper 🙂 not a former tobacco or weed smoker. Just a person who realized that a lot of the times, inhalation brings the best of these wanted effects because my essential oil thing just wouldn’t get the job done

Your comment is very narrow minded I’m full blooded native American and in our culture smoking herbs and flowers is a spiritual practice that you know nothing about its a gift from our Creator to let us know life is suppose to be a blessing and loved it takes us to a place of peace and comfort and slows down the duration of life that goes by too quickly it reminds us that life isnt about the pressures of hardwork and stress which takes over your spirit when you want to better yourself it a past time to be one with mother nature and the universe that surrounds us we all share this time of existence and we are not alone in a cold world and that type of energy you produce when you say its an ADDICTION its people like you we call bad medicine and look in the reflection of the bitter water you cleanse your soul with and notice its you that needs help.
