Sorry but I disagree with you, as a valencian citizen and horchata’s lover the taste is completely different as the tiger nuts have a very diferent flavour than rice. I also have mexican friends that have tried both and they say they are completely different. I invite you to try the authentic tigernut horchata and give your opinion again after it.
